Our journey so far
Launch
April 2022 - Following the growth of its sister business Ocala Healthcare, Ocala Recruitment was launched as a stand-alone care recruitment agency.
Suffolk Carer Appreciation Event
September 2022 - Ocala Recruitment sponsored the Suffolk Carer Appreciation Event, helping to make the event a fantastic success in showing care managers and care workers from across Suffolk that they are valued and appreciated.
Welcoming a new Consultant
February 2023 - Luis joined our expanding team, bringing with him his passion for excellent customer delivery and his wealth of experience and knowledge of the care recruitment market.

June 23 - Bringing state-of-the-art systems to ensure smoother shift booking for carers and customers.
Developing Skills
September 23 - Our team expands again in September, with the introduction of Lucy as our group Marketing Apprentice. Lucy's keen eye for detail, and enthusiasm for marketing instantly breathed new life into our marketing.
Enhanced Recruitment Skill
November 23 - Felisha joined our expanding team as the Recruitment Coordinator. Felisha strongly shares our passion for great care employment, and wanting to do the right thing for care workers, and the people that we support. Using the experience and methodical process, Felisha has greatly improved our time to clear rate.
Care Skills
January 24 - We partnered with Care Skills to deliver our first E-Learning training courses. Highly recommend training provided online, whilst also requiring staff to attend our practical monthly training sessions. This hybrid model allows us to drill down further into practical skills.
