How will you spend £300?

At Ocala Recruitment, we believe that passionate care workers should experience great employment, which is why we pay a minimum of £12 per hour, host multiple appreciation events, and continually strive to be better employers.

We also believe that people with shared passion for great care tend to find each other. Which is why we have an employee referral bonus. 

Refer a friend that has 6 months care experience, when they work 300 hours in the first 3 months of employment you will receive a £300 bonus! 

How it works

How our refer a friend scheme works

Introduction

Ask your friend to contact us via the website, phone, or email. Ensuring they inform us that you introduced them.

Recruitment Process

Our team will then guide them through the recruitment process

Successful

Once successful through the recruitment process, they would need to work 300 hours over the first 3 months, at an average of 25 hours a week.

Receive your bonus

Once this has been completed, you will receive your bonus in the following weeks pay! It is as simple as that! Terms and Conditions Apply.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to apply?

To be able to work with Ocala Recruitment, you must have a minimum of 6 months of professional care, and a passion to continually deliver outstanding care.

What are the working hours?

The hours are variable depending on the service's needs. Split into early, late, and night, which usually breaks into 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, and 22:00-07:00.

Is it a zero hour contract

Yes. This means that you are in control of when and where you work, but equally important, when you do not work. 

What is the pay rate?

At Ocala Recruitment, we pay a minimum of £12 per hour and enhancements for nights and weekends. You also accrue holiday and pension pay on top of this wage, making your hourly earnings to at least £13.85 per hour.
