At Ocala Recruitment we are striving to redefine care employment. Part of this is paying at least the Real Living Wage, as set by the Living Wage Foundation.
Since the beginning one of our key aims was to ensure that our Team gets paid consistent with the ever changing Real Living Wage.
This works out to add around £1.30 per hour, which ensures they accrue money for weeks where they have time off.
At Ocala Recruitment we think it's right to reward overtime or longer hours with more regular pay.

To be able to work with Ocala Recruitment, you must have a minimum of 6 months of professional care, and a passion to continually deliver outstanding care.
The hours are variable depending on the service's needs. Split into early, late, and night, which usually breaks into 07:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00, and 22:00-07:00.
Yes. This means that you are not obligated to pick up work, and ensures you have complete flexibility on what work you do.
At Ocala Recruitment, we have committed ourselves to paying the Real Living Wage as per the Living Wage Foundation. In addition to this, we pay enhancements for nights and weekends. You accrue holiday pay on every hour you work.
